Spring hockey is an ideal way to conclude the season and complete the gap between winter and summer sports.  This program is a perfect opportunity to enjoy playing hockey both with and against friends before separating for the summer.  Meeting new people, making lasting friendships. Affordable, a consistent schedule, in a well-structured fun environment.

We were only able to secure ice time for U11 & U13 Divisions this Spring. Our Spring Hockey Program is open to all players who played minor hockey in Kingston and the surrounding area. It is truly a great experience to be able to play with other young people from different leagues, throughout our eight (8) week season.  Spring Hockey starts the first week in April and runs through until May 24th.

• These are all weeknight games – No weekends 
• U9 teams play on Thursday evenings
• U11 teams Thursday evenings 
• U13 teams play on Wednesdays & some Mondays
• U15 teams play on Tuesday evenings
• 1 Goaltender per team 
• All Goaltenders must supply their own equipment
• U11 and U13 is 5-on-5 (with 1 goaltender)
• U15 is 4-on-4 (with 1 goaltender)

Registration for the 2024 program begins February 1st and closes on March 18th, or once filled.

All players must have played House League Hockey in the 2022-2023 Season
